Quick Tips for Your New E-Bike
1. Pečlivě si přečtěte anglickou uživatelskou příručku. Pro návody v jiných jazycích kontaktujte náš zákaznický servis.
2. Podívejte se na náš instalační návod: Instalační video. Ujistěte se, že jsou všechny šrouby pevně utaženy.
3. Před prvním použitím své elektrokolo plně nabijte. Vyhněte se jízdě na vybitou baterii, abyste předešli poškození.
4. Před nabíjením zařízení vypněte. Nejprve připojte nabíječku k elektrokolu a poté jej připojte ke zdroji energie. Používejte pouze originální nabíječku. Po nabití nejprve odpojte zařízení od zdroje napájení a poté odpojte zařízení. Vyhněte se kovovému kontaktu na nabíjecím portu, aby nedošlo ke zkratu (není kryto zárukou).
5. Zkontrolujte a utáhněte všechny šrouby a zkontrolujte, zda je zajištěna bezpečnostní pojistka. Začněte s nízkým převodovým stupněm, abyste si zvykli na jízdu, než přepnete na vyšší rychlost. Vyhněte se vysoké rychlosti, pokud neznáte ovládání.
7. Neměňte hodnoty P měřiče bez oprávnění, protože hodnoty P jsou z výroby nastaveny pro optimální výkon. Změny určitých hodnot P mohou být nevratné a na jakékoli výsledné problémy se nevztahuje záruka.
8. Nabijte, než se zcela vybije. Pokud se delší dobu nepoužívá, nabíjejte jej každé 1-2 měsíce a udržujte baterii nabitou mezi 30%-80%.

Elektrokola zasíláme z místních skladů se zpracováním 1–2 pracovní dny a doručením 3–7 pracovních dnů. Příslušenství je odesíláno z Číny s doručením za 7–20 pracovních dnů v závislosti na hmotnosti balíku. U všech objednávek je zajištěno sledování.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@pureunicorns.com. We will check if your order has been dispatched. If not, we can update the address.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. You must contact the carrier directly for changes. If unsuccessful, the customer bears full responsibility for any losses.

If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photos or videos of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return.

Products
We do not recommend riding in rainy or snowy conditions. All e-bikes are not fully waterproof, and water may damage key electronic components such as the controller and battery. Water ingress can cause short circuits and is not covered under warranty. Please take proper care of your bike.
Every product includes assembly instructions with the packaging. For additional assistance, please email support@pureunicorns.com check our YouTube channel for installation videos specific to your model.

Orders
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

If you have not received an email from us stating that it shipped out, we can still make changes. But once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, there is nothing we can do at that point.
If the order is cancelled / returned after the order is picked up by the freight company, a charge for shipping will be incurred by the customer for the freight company to pick the order up and return it.
In this case, please kindly note that any additional cost caused by the cancellation will be borne by you, such as the cost for intercepting the transit and the return shipping fee.
Any returns that fall under buyer's remorse, no longer needed, etc. will have a 8% restocking fee.
