Quick Tips for Your New E-Bike

1. Review the English user manual carefully. For manuals in other languages, contact our customer service.
2. Watch our installation tutorial: Installation Video. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
3. Fully charge your e-bike before first use. Avoid riding on a low battery to prevent damage.
4. Turn off the device before charging. Connect the charger to the e-bike first, then plug it into the power source. Use only the original charger. After charging, unplug from the power source first, then disconnect the device. Avoid metal contact at the charging port to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty).
5. Inspect and tighten all screws, and check that the safety lock is engaged. Start with low gear to get used to the ride before switching to higher speeds. Avoid high speeds if you're unfamiliar with the controls.
7. Do not modify the meter’s P values without authorization, as P values are factory-set for optimal performance. Changes to certain P values may be irreversible, and any resulting issues will not be covered under warranty. 
8. Charge before it fully depletes. If unused for long periods, charge every 1-2 months and keep the battery between 30%-80% charge.

Yes. Installments are available through PayPal and Klarna, depending on your region and credit. Terms such as eligibility, number of installments, and limits may vary.

Your payment may be declined for several reasons. It’s possible that your bank suspects unauthorized use, or your credit card hasn’t been enabled for international or online transactions. Incorrect billing details or exceeding your card’s daily limit may also cause the payment to fail.

Important: If your payment fails, please do not repeatedly attempt the payment. Instead, contact our customer service team at support@pureunicorns.com right away. We’ll help you verify the reason for the failure and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping

No, the price displayed on the page is the final price. No additional customs fees.

We ship e-bikes from local warehouses, with 1–2 business days processing and 3–7 business days delivery.Accessories are shipped from China, with delivery in 7–20 business days depending on package weight.Tracking is provided for all orders.

In general, our shipping service mainly covers EU countries. If you wish to ship to a non-EU region, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team in advance.

For bulk orders or specific destination requests, we will evaluate the logistics feasibility based on your needs and provide a personalized shipping solution.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@pureunicorns.com. We will check if your order has been dispatched. If not, we can update the address.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. You must contact the carrier directly for changes. If unsuccessful, the customer bears full responsibility for any losses.

Warranty & Returns

We provide professional after-sales support and lifelong technical assistance. Spare parts are available on our official website, along with video tutorials to guide you through replacements.

If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photos or videos of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return.

Products

We do not recommend riding in rainy or snowy conditions. All e-bikes are not fully waterproof, and water may damage key electronic components such as the controller and battery. Water ingress can cause short circuits and is not covered under warranty. Please take proper care of your bike.

Every product includes assembly instructions with the packaging. For additional assistance, please email support@pureunicorns.com check our YouTube channel for installation videos specific to your model.

Yes, you can buy an extra battery from our official website or contact customer support.

If you need spare parts, please feel free to contact our customer service or visit our official website.

Orders

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Discount codes are not valid for prior purchases. They cannot be added retrospectively by you or by the PURE UNICORN team. Discount code must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied.

If you have not received an email from us stating that it shipped out, we can still make changes. But once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, there is nothing we can do at that point.

If the order is cancelled / returned after the order is picked up by the freight company, a charge for shipping will be incurred by the customer for the freight company to pick the order up and return it.

In this case, please kindly note that any additional cost caused by the cancellation will be borne by you, such as the cost for intercepting the transit and the return shipping fee.

Any returns that fall under buyer's remorse, no longer needed, etc. will have a 8% restocking fee.

Also, we only accept cancellation request from email.

Yes, we can provide an invoice upon request. Please contact our customer service at support@pureunicorns.com and share your order number or tracking number to receive your invoice.
