The U8 is rated IP54, meaning it is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. We do not recommend riding in rain or snow, as water may damage electronic components and such damage is not covered under warranty. Please use with care.
The e-bike is 95% pre-assembled. You will need to install the handlebars and a few screws. Follow the manual or watch our step-by-step video guide
The U8 is designed in accordance with EU regulations. It comes with a default speed limit of 25 km/h, no throttle installed, and no rated motor power displayed.

We do not disclose full P-settings to avoid improper changes that may cause irreversible damage and void the warranty.
