Returns Policy

If you receive an item or order that is broken or spoiled upon delivery, it is crucial to notify us as soon as possible. In any case, you must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, the right to return the item(s) will be forfeited.

You have the option to return either the entire order or only the affected items. To initiate a return, please send an email to us, including the following details:
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Serial number of the order
Additionally, provide us with photos or videos clearly showing the damage to the product.

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly verify the information provided. Once verified, we will provide you with a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return.

Please note the following conditions for returns:
  • We only accept returns for unused products purchased from our official store at www.pureunicorns.com.
  • All labels and logos on the returned items must be intact, showing no signs of tampering or alteration.
  • We do not accept returns for used products or items purchased from other platforms or dealers.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and assume the risk of return.

Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, all refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Unauthorized returns or cash on delivery attempts without the seller's consent will be rejected.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from the Halo Knight Official website.

Cancellation Policy

 

Pre-Shipping Cancellations

If you request to cancel your order before the goods are shipped, and we confirm and successfully cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to you within 1-2 working days.

Post-Shipping Cancellations (Before Signing for the Goods)

If you decide to cancel the order or reject the goods after they have been shipped but before you sign for them, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will deduct these shipping costs from the payment you originally made. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 7 days.

Cancellations After Receipt of Goods

Please note that we do not accept cancellations of product orders after you have received the items.
