Shipping Address Accuracy Notice


Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped exactly as submitted at checkout, without modification.


If you discover an error after placing your order, you must contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping details with the carrier; however, once a parcel has entered processing, changes are rarely successful.
Important:


Any loss, delay, misdelivery, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address will be entirely the customer’s responsibility. PURE UNICORN shall not be liable for unsuccessful delivery under these circumstances.


Accessories: Parcels are often non-returnable and may be destroyed by the carrier.
E-bikes: Parcels may be returned to us (return fee approx. €200), lost in transit, or incur other costs — all of which will be borne by the customer.


By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to this policy. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery for your order is clearly stated during the checkout process on your order confirmation page. Please review it carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order Dispatch Times

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed before 5 pm (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday may, in some cases, be dispatched on the following working day. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent us from meeting this timeline.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next available working day. This means that the dispatch will occur at the start of the working day when the courier services resume operations.

Delivery Times

  • Electric Bicycles: These products are shipped from the warehouse that is closest to your order address. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be subject to factors such as distance from the warehouse, local shipping conditions, and any unforeseen delays.
  • Accessories: Most accessories are shipped from China. The estimated delivery time for accessories is between 7 and 20 working days. This duration accounts for international shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery processes.

Delivery Hours

Our standard delivery hours are between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to ensure that your order is delivered during this time frame for your convenience. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the courier's schedule and local circumstances.

Absence During Delivery

If you are not available to receive your order in person, you have the option to request that our courier leaves the package in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that once the order has been left at the specified delivery address, we cannot accept any responsibility for any subsequent damage or theft that may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen location is secure.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First Reattempt: If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, they will make a second delivery attempt free of charge. The courier will typically notify you of the reattempt schedule.
  • Subsequent Reattempts: After the second delivery attempt, any further delivery attempts will be charged at the courier's standard rate. The courier will inform you of these charges when arranging any subsequent deliveries.
  • Return to Sender: In the event that two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the sender. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs associated with the delivery of the goods.
