Quality Issue Terms

Spare Parts Distribution and Costs

  1. For spare parts required due to quality issues within 7 days, we will provide the parts free of charge and cover the shipping costs.
  2. For spare parts required due to quality issues between 7 days and 12 months (basic parts have a 6-month warranty), we will provide the parts free of charge, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  3. After the 12-month warranty period, any spare parts replacement costs, including parts and shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Consumable parts (such as tire kits, brake kits) that wear out during use, rather than being damaged upon receipt, must be purchased and replaced by the customer.

Non-Quality Issue Handling

If the product fails due to non-quality issues, even within the warranty period, we will only provide after-sales service but will not cover any related costs. Non-quality issues include, but are not limited to, the following situations:
  1. Water Damage
Damage to the battery, controller, display, or wiring due to rain exposure, water immersion, or riding through water over 4 cm deep; also faults caused by moisture, dirt, or foreign objects entering electronic components.
  2.  Wear and Tear
Natural wear of consumable parts including (but not limited to) tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, cables, grips, screws, and the frame.
  3. Improper Use, Storage, or Transport
Damage caused by misuse, overload, off-road use, poor maintenance, improper charging, unsafe environments, or improper storage and transport that leads to corrosion, condensation, or mechanical impact.
  4. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
Any modification, disassembly, or repair not approved by us, or use of non-original, modified, or incompatible parts or accessories.
  5. Accidents and External Damage
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, drops, mechanical shock, vandalism, or other external factors such as extreme temperatures or weather.
  6. Tampered or Missing Identification
Products with altered, removed, unreadable, or mismatched serial numbers, codes, or markings; or parts showing signs of tampering, engraving, or abnormal mechanical damage.
  7. Invalid Documentation or Inadequate Evidence
Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase, invoice, or consistent model/serial info; or inability to offer sufficient photo/video evidence of the reported issue.
  8. Warranty Period Expired
Any issue reported after the product’s warranty period has expired.
  9. Non-authorized Purchase Channels
Products not purchased through us or our authorized dealers or distributors.
  10. Lost, Stolen, or Complimentary Products
Products that are lost, stolen, received as free samples, giveaways, or promotional items.

Other Terms

  1. Spare parts purchased by the customer are not covered by a warranty. If the parts are damaged upon arrival, they may be returned and replaced. However, if the parts are not damaged upon arrival, we will not bear any costs (e.g., if the purchased model is incorrect or unsuitable, and the customer requests a return or replacement, all associated costs will be borne by the customer).
  2. The final interpretation of these terms belongs to our company.
